About MADs

RANA’s Dental Laboratory manufactures a variety of mandibular advancement devices (MADs) to meet your patient's individual needs and to ensure their comfort and compliance.

MADs work by gently repositioning the mandible forward resulting in increased airway space. Your patient’s past medical history, dental habits and the severity of their snoring and/or sleep apnea will determine the MAD we recommend. Some of these appliances accommodate nasal congestion while others help habitual bruxers who snore.

RANA’s MADs are FDA approved for both snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and carry a one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
