Our History

RANA guarantees timely, quality repairs by service technicians trained and supported by the leading manufacturers of respiratory equipment to all of our Canadian customers.

RANA launched the Home Care Service division in 1997, in Morden, Manitoba, to provide in-house equipment repair for our clients’ home oxygen concentrators no longer covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

In 2000, RANA extended our repair service to cover warranty repairs for Respironics home oxygen concentrators by becoming an authorized warranty repair centre for Respironics.

In 2002, we realized all respiratory clients and home care businesses across Canada could benefit from faster, more reliable equipment service and repairs, so we expanded again by offering our high quality services to other respiratory home care businesses.

Today RANA is an authorized service centre for home oxygen concentrators and CPAP or Bi-Level equipment made by Respironics, ResMed, Invacare and SeQual Technologies.
