Our Client Service Coordinators
A Client Service Coordinator (CSC) will be your first contact at RANA. They help by arranging home visits and handling your requests, questions, product orders and all other calls. They compassionately understand your needs, ease your access into RANA’s programs and services, and quickly respond to your questions.
Our Home Oxygen Professionals
RANA's home oxygen professionals bring all the support you need right to your door and are First Aid and CPR trained.
RANA's Home Oxygen Technicians (HOTs) and Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) will:
- Expertly install, maintain and troubleshoot all your home oxygen equipment and supplies
- Teach you how to use your oxygen equipment
- Schedule regular, follow-up visits
- Provide prompt, reliable 24-hour emergency service and life-long support
RANA's Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) will:
- Conduct in-home respiratory assessments
- Provide assistance with portable oxygen
- Teach you about your respiratory condition and explain how to use your breathing medications
- Serve as respiratory resources to home-care case coordinators, physicians and other community healthcare professionals
