Follow-up Care
RANA's team will come to know you and your oxygen needs. We will quickly respond to your questions either on the phone or during regular visits to your home.
Scheduled Follow-up Visits
Every 3-6 months, RANA will contact you to schedule a one hour follow-up visit to perform preventative maintenance to your oxygen concentrator, check your back-up oxygen supply and restock your disposable oxygen supplies.
Unscheduled Follow-up Visits
If you need unscheduled support for equipment maintenance and repairs, contact RANA.
We will schedule a convenient time to visit your home.
Emergency Support
RANA is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you with emergency situations, such as technical problems with your equipment, power outages and/or back-up oxygen use.
