At Careica Health, volunteerism and corporate giving are an important part of our culture. Each year, our employees nominate organizations to receive a corporate donation as part of our Careica Gives initiative. We take pride in supporting the communities in which we live, work and play.
As we all struggle to adapt to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting our community matters now more than ever. This year, we have chosen to direct our Careica Gives donations to food banks in our communities across western Canada.
We are pleased to spread our $20,000 donation across the following nine food banks. We appreciate everything they are doing to support the most vulnerable in this unprecedented time of need.
