Home Respiratory Equipment

RANA, in partnership with and funded by the Brandon and Assiniboine regional health authorities, offers a free home equipment program to residents in these communities.

RANA will deliver the equipment directly to your home, improving the management of your respiratory condition quickly, easily and conveniently.

How does the Home Equipment Program work?

Get a Referral

• Unlike the Educational Clinics offered by RANA, you will need a referral from a Healthcare Professional to receive equipment from the Home Equipment Program.

Receive Equipment & Instructions

• RANA’s Brandon office either delivers the equipment right to your home, or sends it by mail or on the bus.
• You will also receive full instructions on how to use your equipment.

Phone Follow-up every 6 months

• To make sure:
• Your equipment is working and you have sufficient supplies
• You are comfortable with the equipment and know how to use it
• You know how to return the equipment if you no longer require it

Easy Returns

• Call RANA to let us know you will be returning the equipment.
• Brandon residents - return your equipment to RANA’s Brandon office.
• Clients outside of Brandon - return your equipment to your local hospital and RANA will pick it up.
