RANA launches remote sleep studies in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Manitoba Health renews Manitoba Home Oxygen contract with RANA for fifth time.

RANA announces sale of manufacturing (mine refuge and on-site gas systems) division to ON2 Solutions.

RANA Sleep Care expands to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

RANA Home Oxygen expands to Saskatchewan.

2014

RANA Sleep Care expands to Regina, Saskatchewan.

2014

RANA Sleep Apnea Clinic changes name to RANA Sleep Care.

2013

RANA celebrates its 25-year anniversary.

2013

The Lung Association of Manitoba recognizes RANA as Corporate Citizen of the Year.

2011

RANA implements a three-year research project on Chronic Respiratory Disease Management in Manitoba.

2008

Rebrands to RANA Respiratory Care Group.

2007

First private sector company to deliver the Manitoba Provincial Sleep Apnea Program: Home Ventilator Assistive Device Aids (HVADS).

2006

RANA opens Pulmonary Function Testing Lab in Calgary, Alberta.

2002

RANA is one of the first homecare companies to be accredited by Accreditation Canada.

2001

RANA Sleep Apnea Clinic, treatment for sleep apnea, launches in Manitoba. Both Sleep Care and Home Oxygen services expand to Calgary, Alberta.

1999

RANA develops and implements a rural Community Respiratory Program in Brandon, Manitoba; focused on education and disease management.

1997

Rebrands to RANA Medical, becoming the first private sector home oxygen company to deliver the Manitoba Home Oxygen contract.

1996

RANA begins manufacturing the Tommy Knocker and Refuge One Air Centre.

1990

In the early 1990s RANA pioneers on-site oxygen systems in Canada, massively reducing the cost of bulk oxygen.

1988

Rimer Alco North America Inc. (RANA) is formed.
