RANA's Home Care Service department is an authorized Canadian service and warranty repair centre for respiratory equipment including oxygen concentrators and CPAP and Bi-Level CPAP machines.

We understand how clients rely on their equipment and want their own machine returned as quickly as possible, repaired correctly the first time.

We offer the same level of care to your clients as we do to our own.

Experienced service team

RANA's team of service technicians, are extensively trained by our equipment manufacturers to ensure high quality repairs.

Quality workmanship

Over 99% of the nearly 5,000 pieces of equipment we service each year are fixed right the first time. We operate all units for a minimum of two hours to allow for calibration of internal components and then test to verify that the equipment is working as it should.

Attention to Detail

For equipment, we:

  • disinfect with a hospital-grade cleaner before and after repairs
  • bag and tag clean equipment with a note "Clean and Ready for Use"
  • detail all repairs performed in the work order

Request Repair Service

To have your equipment serviced, you will need a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain one:

  • Call toll-free: 1 (888) 822-2461

For email and fax inquiries, please include the following information (you will receive a response within one business day):

  • Your name (first and last)
  • Your company name, if applicable
  • Your daytime phone number
  • Type of unit
  • Model number
  • Serial number
  • A description of the problem

Step One

Send To RANA

Send the equipment by the courier of your choice (customers are responsible for freight costs to RANA).

Write the Return Authorization number on top of the box and send it to:

Step Two

Respond to Repair Quote

For units covered under warranty, it will be repaired and returned free of charge.

For units not covered by warranty, a repair quote will be completed and sent to you with the following choices:

  1. Authorize repair to the unit as per the quote
  2. Do not repair the unit, but send it back (freight charges apply to the customer)
  3. Do not repair the unit; discard as scrap

Step Three

Receive Your Repaired Equipment

After completing the repairs, RANA will return your equipment to you via courier.

  • Warranty repairs: Return courier costs are paid by RANA
  • Equipment no longer covered by warranty: customer is responsible for return courier costs

When RANA returns your repaired equipment, we include a work order that details:

  • Outcomes of diagnostic testing
  • Repairs performed
  • List of parts replaced
